With Quinlan Development Group, Tyler has overseen three separate investment verticals created to date with great success.  Tyler manages deal sourcing, project management, company strategy, and capital structuring and origination within the firm. Since joining Quinlan Development Group, Tyler has successfully closed over $2.5 billion in equity and debt transactions throughout the country across multifamily, office, industrial, self storage, retail and RV campgrounds.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Master in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
