Nathanial Rosenblum leads CrestBay’s acquisition efforts in all southeast and Texas markets. Nathanial began his career at a debt fund issuing both fixed and floating rate debt, and then continued his career leading acquisitions on the west coast for industrial, office and multifamily assets on behalf of institutional investors. He most recently oversaw a national multifamily development pipeline before joining the CrestBay team.

Nathanial holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Steven M. Ross School of Business.
