Tim has invested in and developed over three million square feet of real estate projects that include multi-family, industrial, retail, self-storage, land entitlement, and office. He is in involved in deal sourcing, structuring, and all strategic decisions. He also manages the family company’s existing  investment portfolio, including outside of real estate. Tim brings over 20 years of leadership and investment experience and has overseen three successful investment verticals outside of QDG.

Tim graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, and received a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
