Robert McMaster leads CrestBay’s acquisition efforts in all northeast markets. He is primarily focused on sourcing, valuation and market research. Robert began his career at Johnson Development Associates, where he evaluated new development opportunities.  He brings with him over 8 years of industry experience including  asset management and acquisitions.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
