Vadim Greenberg

Vadim Greenberg is the founder and CEO of CrestBay, bringing a decade and wealth of experience and a proven track record in the real estate investment sector. His strategic vision and deep market knowledge have made him a leader in the industry, known for his ability to scale operations and drive significant growth.

Before founding CrestBay, Vadim was the Head of Acquisitions at Faropoint and a member of the investment committee. During his tenure, he led the company to become the most active industrial last-mile buyer in the US by deal count. He successfully expanded the acquisition platform from a $30 million capacity to above  $1 billion annually, throughout his tenure he oversaw over 300 transactions valued at over $2 billion. Vadim’s leadership was crucial in growing the acquisitions team from a single member to 20 professionals across multiple offices nationwide. His expertise in market research, underwriting, and deal sourcing provided him with a competitive edge, consistently delivering superior investment opportunities.

Prior to Faropoint, Vadim served as Vice President at Harel Insurance and Finance. In this role, he led the deployment of $3 billion in equity across various real estate sectors, including office, industrial, multifamily, student housing, and retail. His strategic partnerships and strong business relationships were key to securing high-value deals and driving growth.

Vadim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Management with a major in Finance from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. His strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and execution capabilities have consistently driven successful outcomes in all his ventures.
